Fruity of fresh plums and dried apricots, with candied notes and saltiness

Tasting notes

Structured wine, to combine with fatty fish. Try with pappardelle pasta with smoked salmon

Pairings

Oriental dishes, especially Indian and Pakistani, or Japanese cuisine, sushi and sashimi in the first place. It could also be combined with blue or medium-aged cheeses
