12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, 12 months in steel tanks for natural decantation and 12 months in bottle. Unfiltered.
Intense golden yellow with orange tones
Wide and intense, with notes of dry and syrupy yellow fruit, honey and medicinal herbs
Warm and full, soft and structured, with mineral and sweet spice notes
Oriental dishes, especially Indian and Pakistani, or Japanese cuisine, sushi and sashimi in the first place. It could also be combined with blue or medium-aged cheeses
