Vinification

60-day maceration on the skins in a closed conical trunk until the end of the alcoholic fermentation and later malolactic fermentation

Ageing

24 months in barrels of 20 hl. of Slavonian oak, a couple of months in a steel tank for natural decantation and 12 months in the bottle. Unfiltered.

Rich and complex, with notes of dried fruit, candied fruit, honey and juniper

Intense and enveloping, with good freshness and flavor, with elegant spiciness
