Vinification

Maceration of two weeks in contact with the skins in open oak vats

Ageing

12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, 12 months in steel tanks for natural decantation and about 18 months in bottle. Unfiltered.

Wide and variegated with notes of dried rose, raisins in alcohol and aromatic herbs with spicy and balsamic details

Tasting notes

Rich and sumptuous body, of caressing softness

Pairings

Oriental dishes, especially Indian and Pakistani, or Japanese cuisine, sushi and sashimi in the first place. it could also be combined with blue or medium-aged cheeses
