Tasting Notes
APPEARANCE: greenish-yellow with golden shimmer ON THE PALATE: taste of bread crust, with a light yeast note and touchesof pine-apples, green apples and vanilla. Fruity and fine aged, with a crisp acidity and a fine-grained perlage. Harmonious, with an irresistibly endless finish.

Pairings
Perfect as aperitif, for light appetizers and fish dishes. Should not be missing at any festivity.
