Harvest

Vinification
Gently pressed with only the free run wine going into the bottle. Fermentation at controlled temperature 16°- 18 °C (60.8°-64.4°F)

Ageing
Stainless steel tanks for about 4-6 months

Colour
Pale straw yellow

Aroma
Floral, fruity and slightly aromatic

Tasting Notes
Smooth, delicate, corpulent, and slightly aromatic

Pairings
Best as an aperitif or with first courses, white meats and fish

8°-10°C (46.5°-50°F)
