Careful selection of the grapes picked from 21 ancient Lambrusco vines grown by Istituto Agrario Antonio Zanelli. Soft pressing of the grapes and six-day maceration followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and refermentationin stainless steel tanks

Intense ruby red with purple hues

Bouquet
Fuity notes, like blackberry, plum and cherry, typical of ancient varieties of Lambrusco. Underbrush notes on the finish

Tasting Notes
Full-bodied wine, slightly tannic, with a strong taste. Perfectly balanced fresh and savory notes. Elegant.
